FIRST LOVE...

For the first time i'm so much in love,
for the first time there's no sky above.

The earth has slipped from beneath my feet,
everything salty is yet so sweet.

Is this love a true sensation,
or is it just an imitation.

Of what is heard and what is seen,
but this is not where i've ever been.

It is a beautiful story,
that has it's own mesmerizing glory.

It's another land, it's another time,
the world, it seems, is all mine.

The stars, i see, are shining down,
on this little, decent town.

Everywhere they are spreading their radiance,
hey! you don't think that's just "sixth sense"........

Everything around is perfect and immaculate,
and that makes me highly articulate.

There's joy within me, and outside in the strife,
i see love as a feeling, i see love as life.

What's in the heart, words fail to express,
but what's in the eyes, i cannot suppress.

For the first time i can hear no other sound,
for the first time it's just me and him all around....
