Whenever I am free… i.e. usually during my holidays after end-semester exams... (When bothering about the results doesn’t help)...I am constantly sifting through other's blogs.
It always gives me pleasure reading to little chronicles of people's lives, their small episodes...that describe the sort of people they are, the kind of attitudes they hold, the types of people they trust.
Through this journey across various blogs, I realized that… at the bottom of our hearts, we all hardly differ.
The same things pinch us... the same things compel us to exult...
We all love to play carefree in the rain…
Run on the roads calling out to our friends…
Slipping out of our cars to go cycling when a cool wind is blowing in the evening…
Standing at a stall of gol- gappa or aloo ki chaat and relishing them…
Or may be just sitting with all family members and smacking a hot samosa in chilly winters…
Going for a stroll with a close friend when it’s a little dark outside and reliving old days…
Delving into old albums where memories are captured in numerable flashes...
We all are heavy hearted at the loss of a beloved while all of us long to meet old friends.
Send anyone to their old house where they used to live at any point in their past... a million memories come rushing… even the walls there seem to be calling out...
All the things we didn’t bother to even think about... now we find delight in their unanticipated discovery... touching them and getting a feel of the past.
Old friends... old school...old relatives... old neighbors... all are a source of joy that words fail to express.
Extreme happiness as well as extreme sorrow knows just one way out...the crystal beads that flow from the eyes...turn at the chins... and silently terminate their journey on the floor.
No matter how hard we deny…we are all stakes for sentient feelings.
We all crave for love... Someone to think about us... someone to care... to constantly stay in touch... (Hey...I’m not talking about just your bfs and gfs...)… and doing all this in return gives prodigious felicity.
But more than often, we are scared of showing people that we need their concern.
Does admitting our need for affection make us feeble?
Are we destitute if we are not harsh and do not possess that outer covering of strict no-nonsense?
Vulnerable if we show the world who we are?
We are all kids...
At least we all want to stay so… though we can never get back to that purity…
But wouldn’t we still love ourselves to be genuine?
To be free and frank without straining ourselves under the burden as to what effect the other person might pervert me… my strengths… my weaknesses…
There’s so much of a striking similarity between each and every one of us… no matter where we come from… there’s a basic discourse that runs through our veins…
If I can arbitrate people even to a minute level… this is what I deduce from what people write on their blogs… (If… u know… they really dare to “expose” their “weak” “true” selves…)
You are free to disagree… just try to leave your names… or protect yourself (From GOD knows who…) and be anonymous…
In any case… I won’t mind…

Hmmmm.. neatly written in 3 inseparable parts/dimensions.. :)
People are all the same, made up of the same fundamentals. The degree to which they let the feelings in them to be expressed makes them different.
Memories again are there to be cherished.. There will be good ones and there will be bad ones.. the amazing common thing is, both bring out tears! (Cant express this better than how u have in ur post!)
Telling someone u care for them, like them or love them cant make you any weaker.. It should make you strong!!! Unfortunately enough, by doing this, u will be opening a new way for urself to be hurt.. the ones u care about only cause u the max pain.. so, do it only if u are prepared to accept this.. I do!!
Whatever I may say, u have expressed this in the best way.. keep it going, coz we love it when u write.. :)
u never can be out of ur tune dear
and if u ever will be im sure then too it wld be the best!!!...just as u!
this ones so apt n so true !
Wonderful flow of thoughts!!Amazing read!!
